A member of our customer service team will take the time to listen to your concerns and do what we can to make things right.
Please keep in mind that if you simply decide you do not want to keep a purchase, you are free to return it within 30 days in its original condition, but you may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping via FedEx or UPS as well as a restocking fee (which is typically 10% to 15%).
All returns are handled on a case by case basis, and we will gladly work with you to come to a resolution that is fair to both parties.
