Q: How do I do a trade-in online?

A: Simple. Visit tradein.dallasgolf.com. Follow the on-screen prompts. It will quote you a value for your clubs, and then once you complete the transaction, it will provide a printable pre-paid shipping label. Send us the club and get paid in about a week!

 

Q: How do I combine shipping?

A: Use the shopping cart feature. Add as many items to your cart as you like, and it will merge them into a single order and provide a discounted shipping rate. Please note that purchases from DallasGolf.com cannot be merged with items bought on eBay or Amazon.

 

Q: Where's my order? I can't seem to track the package.

A: If you did not receive a tracking number or are struggling to follow your order in transit, please give us a call at 800-955-9550.

 

Q: Can you adjust my irons before you ship them out?

A: Absolutely! Dallas Golf is proud to have a full service custom shop. We can bend lofts and lies, swap shafts, cut clubs to length, change grips, and much more. Just submit a note with your order specifying what custom work you would like done and a member of our team will follow up.

 

Q: Do you have discount codes I can use?

A: We run specials and promotions and discounts frequently! Like us on Facebook or join our email list. Your information is never rented or resold to third parties. It's just for us to tell you all about the sweet brands and products we are proud to sell.
