The ZXi5, a player's performance iron featuring a wider sole than the ZXi7, with a moderate blade length and offset, perfectly blends distance and forgiveness while retaining a compact, player-preferred shape. Guided by Srixon's tour staff, the latest model showcases a cleaner, more exacting profile, including a slightly thinner topline than the previous generation.
With the new ZXi lineup, Srixon's engineers rebuilt their approach to MainFrame face technology, shifting the focus to mass efficiency. Through thousands of AI-simulated strikes, this upgrade, called MainFrame iQ, reduced face mass by up to 8% compared to the prior ZXi5. Those mass savings are strategically repositioned low and away from the face, significantly increasing the new ZXi5's MOI, stability, and forgiveness. MainFrame iQ also individually optimizes each iron's weight distribution to maximize performance throughout the set, prioritizing forgiveness in the long irons and accuracy and control in the short irons.
