The new ZXi7, Srixon's most played iron on tour, is highlighted by its updated PureFrame iQ construction. Leveraging AI-assisted simulations, Srixon's engineers were able to optimally expand the steel ridge forged directly behind the sweet spot while using less mass than the previous generation. This revamped design stiffens the impact zone and reduces face deformation, resulting in higher MOI and stability while maintaining the irons' remarkably soft yet responsive feel.
Mass distribution also progressively transitions throughout the ZXi7 set. Optimizing performance from club to club, more perimeter weighting enhances forgiveness in the long irons, while more centrally positioned mass elevates control and workability in the scoring irons.
