Played on tour, the hollow-bodied ZXiU is a long-iron replacement that delivers powerful speed, higher launch, and excellent forgiveness in a blade-like design with moderate offset.
With the new ZXi lineup, Srixon's engineers rebuilt their approach to MainFrame face technology, shifting the focus to mass efficiency. Through thousands of AI-simulated strikes, this upgrade, called MainFrame iQ, maximizes speed across the face while dramatically reducing its mass. Those mass savings were strategically repositioned low and away from the face, significantly increasing MOI, stability, and forgiveness.
Stock shaft offerings include True Temper's Dynamic Gold Mid in steel and Mitsubishi's MMT in graphite.
Srixon ZXiU Utility Irons Feature:
- Fast, forgiving hollow-body long irons with Srixon's widest soles, minimal offset, and a thinner topline than the previous generation
- i-FORGED Condensed Forging improves strength and durability, allowing for a softer forged face that offers exceptional feel
- MainFrame iQ, a variable face thickness network of grooves and channels behind the face, increases flex to maximize energy transfer for more speed across the face
- MainFrame iQ reduces face mass, creating discretionary weight that's repositioned for enhanced MOI, stability, and forgiveness
- Tour V.T. Sole (a proprietary combination of sole widths, bounce angles, and notches) encourages a smooth glide through fairway, rough, and sand without losing speed, if you enter the turf slightly behind the ball
- Every iron face and body is precision forged at Endo, Japan's premier forging house, and the gold standard in iron forging
